Aerial yoga is one of the best anti-gravity yoga practises which help you to maintain the homeostasis of body. Keeps you in a good mood. Improves spinal flexibility and body strength. The course will cover anatomy theory, aerial asanas, alignment, sequencing, and class planning. And, the basic safety requirements. At the end of the course, you will be able to teach others how to fly safely and correctly and discover the excitement and joy of moving freely in all directions.

Master Prashant holds a Master Degree in Yoga from SVYASA Yoga University and is also a certified Ayurveda Therapist who is well versed in administering yoga therapy for psychosomatic ailments. He has been a Master Yoga Teacher for more 10 years. And in the last 5 years, he has taught more then 500 Yoga Teachers in Singapore to become certified and experienced Yoga Teachers in various types of short and long-term Yoga Teacher Training courses. He is well versed and trained to teach in Yin Yoga, Wheel Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Pre Natal Yoga, Advance Yoga, Yoga Therapy to name a few.
Prior to working in Singapore, he was working in MVJ (College of Engineering, Bangalore) as a Yoga Master, VYASA (Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana, Bangalore) as Yoga Therapist, Samatvam Health Care, Bangalore as Yoga Master/Yoga Therapist. He had also worked with corporate companies such as Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL), Inuit Technologies Ltd, Oil and Gas Corporation (ONGC).
He has contributed in the field of Yoga by writing 2 research papers namely : “International Conference in Integrative Medicine ICIM – 2020” and “Immediate Effect of Yogic Visual Concentration on cognitive performance (16 Oct 2014)”.
