Course Details
In this workshop, you will learn many new techniques as you become familiarized and comfortable with using the wheel. You will also learn how to use the wheel safely and effectively to deepen your practice, especially in backbends, arm balances and inversions.
Suitable for all levels.
** Not suitable for students with severe spinal injuries**
