Millie fell in love with Yoga when she was living in Australia more than ten years ago. She was very passionate about her new love and curious to know more therefore she decided to pursue her teaching training and has been teaching ever since. She focused a lot on breathing, meditation and body alignment being Yin Yoga for her strongest strength because she believes this practice could increase flexibility and calms the body and mind.

Apart from Yin Yoga, she likes to create a challenging and energizing sequence with a focus on stamina, strength, and breath, often with a theme incorporated. The flowing movements may sometimes be combined with some longer holds of certain postures and of fluid motion which she usually called it Yoga Flow. Her vibrant and calm energy is something that her students enjoy.
